This service is ideal for the smaller, budget conscious
network, where the provision of a fully managed service is likely to be
considered overkill and indeed simply too expensive. However, the client wants
the assurance of a timely and competent resolution to any problems that may
arise from a source familiar with their system and one they know they can trust. A nominal monthly
payment (starting as low as £79.00 +vat) provides unlimited telephone advice,
guaranteed response times and a limited number of hours work per month in
resolving any problems on your existing network. The client also has the option
to specify, at any time, how much is undertaken by way of proactive monitoring
and preventative maintenance in each month, if indeed any. The monthly fee can be tailored to cover the cost of any
first callout in any month together with the first hours labour. Any work
required outside the agreement is charged at our prevailing hourly rate, but
only subject to your prior approval.
