Moving up a gear from a basic maintenance agreement this
option provides a comprehensive support service for both your network and your users,
by maintaining its capability at an agreed and predefined level. Both ongoing ‘real
time’ proactive monitoring and preventative maintenance are included and you can
be confident that your network will be fully supported in all aspects to ensure
its reliability and the integrity and security of your company data.. Where
appropriate, it is quite normal for us to work with the suppliers of any
specialist industry software you may use. An agreed monthly fee provides for this service, which covers
all aspects of supporting your network with no additional call out charges
for works required to maintain your agreed network service level. Any work
outside the agreement terms can be undertaken, subject to your prior approval,
and charged at our prevailing hourly rate.
